Booking and Arrival Policy

Make the most of your time on the water by arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled launch time. This allows for a smooth check-in process, completion of necessary paperwork, and a comprehensive orientation. Early arrival ensures you can fully immerse yourself in the excitement of your journey right from the start.
We prioritize top-quality equipment for your adventure, and we kindly ask you to handle it with care and responsibility. In the unlikely event of loss, theft, or damage to our equipment, the following replacement costs will apply:

– Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP): $2,299
– Seat: $250
– Paddle: $75
– Skeg (fin on back): $125
– Life Vests: $35
– Bilge Pump: $25
– Wireless Speaker: $50
– Dry Bag: $35

In the event of inclement weather, you have the choice of receiving a full refund or rescheduling to another available date and time of your convenience. We want to ensure you have the opportunity to experience the Florida Keys in ideal conditions.
2. Cancellations with 24 Hours’ Notice:
For cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice, you can choose between a full refund or the option to rebook to another available date and time. We value your flexibility and aim to provide the best options for your convenience.
